Product Details

    Physical and Chemical Properties:

Light yellow clear liquid. Non-toxic, odorless, non-combustible. Insoluble in water, easily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, ether, ketones, esters, and cyclohexanone.

Thermal decomposition temperature is above 120°C, and metal oxides like iron and zinc can accelerate its decomposition.

    Applications:

Primarily used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It has characteristics such as low volatility, non-toxicity, non-combustibility, odorlessness, good electrical properties, and low cost.

Shows better compatibility and lower viscosity compared to Chlorinated Paraffin-42. Can be used in PVC at a dosage of 15%~20%.

Particularly suitable for vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers, exhibiting ideal physical and chemical properties.

Widely used in applications like cable wires, flooring materials, calendered sheets, hoses, plastic shoes, etc.

Also utilized as an extreme pressure additive in various lubricating oils.
