Product Details

    White or yellowish brown powder. High-fat pectin is mainly used in sour jams, jelly, pectin gummies or lactic acid bacteria drinks. Low-fat pectin is mainly used in general or low-acid jams, jelly, and jelly candies. It can also be used as a stabilizer in frozen desserts, sauces, ice cream, yogurt, etc.
